Pool shelter PANAMA 120 kg
The PANAMA 120 kg pool enclosure is a pool enclosure designed to withstand a high snow load, up to 120kg/m2. It is ideal for installation in Northern Europe, North America and in places most exposed to the risks of snow load.
In its standard version, the PANAMA 120 model is composed of “x” sliding elements (depending on the length of the pool), 1 fixed element, 1 accordion front and 1 fixed bottom.

The PANAMA 120 kg pool enclosure can be placed against a wall. In this case, the fixed bottom or the folding front is not necessary.
The PANAMA 120 pool cover can be made with straight sides (also known as “3 angles”) or with cut sides (also known as “5 angles”) as an option.

Composition of the PANAMA 120 model
- (x) elements including 1 fixed element
- 1 accordion front with an integrated French door in the narrowest element
- 1 fixed back with sliding door in the widest element
- The doors are equipped with locks with keys
- Accordion front with an overhang towards the interior of the shelter
- The height of the brushes between the folding front and the floor is 50 mm
- The height of the brushes between the fixed bottom and the ground is 50 mm
- The wheels are made of polyamide with a diameter of 100 mm. There are 8 of them per element.
- The accessories are made of A2 stainless steel or aluminum
- Anchors are made of stainless steel A2 with a diameter of M14 and a depth of 160 mm
Composition of the PANAMA 120 model
- The anchors are fixed by a 2-component chemical sealant (epoxy)
- The anchors are provided with plugs
- The ground fasteners are made of A2 stainless steel bolts with a butterfly head
- The floor fixings of the first mobile element are provided with keys
- The side walls are provided with 4 mm SAN transparent sheets
- The roofs are equipped with translucent cellular sheets of PC (6 mm polycarbonate)
- The waterproofing between the elements is made of nylon brushes on stainless steel backsplash
- The height of the first element is 2 m and is measured at the withers and inside the shelter (see plans)
- The theoretical length is always a multiple of 2.10 m. It is important to refer to the plans to see the actual dimensions, which are often larger than the theoretical dimensions.

Customization
ON SIMPLE REQUEST IT IS POSSIBLE (WITHOUT SUPPLEMENT):
- Reverse the opening direction of the enclosure by reversing the front and back
- Move the sliding door in the front and/or back
- Change the height of the brushes on the accordion front and the fixed bottom
- Raise the fixed bottom to allow it to be moved without scratching the floor (large brushes)
- Replace the translucent roofing sheets with white sheets of the OPALIN type
- Replace the brushes between the elements with black EPDM seals
Remarques importantes
- Il existe une tolérance possible de 3 % entre les dimensions théoriques validées par le client au travers les plans et les dimensions réelles du produit livré. Le vendeur et son client doivent tenir compte de cette remarque et prévoir les tolérances nécessaires au placement de l’abri sans difficulté.
- L’abri de piscine proposé ici est muni d’une structure légère en aluminium répondant à la norme française NF P90-309, est capable de résister à une charge de neige équivalente ou inférieure à 60kg/ m2. En cas de neige, il est important de déneiger l’abri afin d’éviter le risque de déformation irréversible.
- Le système de modules coulissants sur roulettes ne peut en aucun cas être assimilé à un immeuble hermétique, tant au niveau des toitures, des portes, des ouvertures, des surfaces vitrées, entre les éléments coulissants et autres systèmes de jonctions.
- Le client veillera à ce que le support (sol) de l’abri de piscine soit pourvu d’une longrine de béton d’au moins 15 cm d’épaisseur au niveau de son chemin de roulement.
- En vue d’éviter l’infiltration des eaux de pluies via le sol, le client veillera à prévoir une pente de son carrelage qui démarre en son point le plus haut à l’intérieur vers l’extérieur de l’abri. En général, une pente de 1 % est considérée comme étant suffisante.
