How is the realization of your project going?
During your visit to our showroom, you discovered our products in real life. You were able to see for yourself the qualities and the different finishes available.
With the help of one of our advisors, you have worked out the project that best suits your expectations. Once you have made your choice, you have agreed to the entire quote and its general terms and conditions. The project can then begin.
You will note that all VERANDAIR® products are pre-assembled in our workshops. This process offers the advantage of a superior quality finish, followed by a safe and quick installation. No surprises, no last minute changes.
In general, the installation is carried out over a period of between 1 and 3 days depending on the specificities of your shelter and the weather conditions of the moment (except for special fabrications).
The stages of the realization of your project
- ORDER FORM
- Payment of the deposit by the customer
- Preparation of the site by the customer
- Final measurement by the technician at the customer’s site (3 to 4 weeks)
- Elaboration of the plans by our design office (3 to 4 weeks)
- Corrections/modifications of the plans by the customer
- Signature of the plans by the customer and the salesman
- Manufacturing lead time: between 9 and 12 weeks*.
- Order materials from our suppliers
- Manufacturing of your shelter in our workshop
- DELIVERY
- Receipt of the agreed amount before unloading
- PLACEMENT
- Acceptance of the site in your presence and payment of the balance
- ACTIVATION OF YOUR GUARANTEE
As much as possible, we commit ourselves to do as soon as possible.
The day of the installation
Your presence is mandatory during the entire installation period.
The final acceptance with the customer takes place on the last day of the installation with our installers.
