Without prejudice to the aforementioned legal warranties, the customer benefits from the <strong>following &#8220;commercial&#8221; warranties (**<\/strong> ) for shelters manufactured by VERANDAIR :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 years on the shelter&#8217;s aluminum structure (frame and assembly brackets)<\/li>\n<li>10 years on lacquering<\/li>\n<li>10 years on glazing<\/li>\n<li>10 years on polycarbonate or composite roofing sheets<\/li>\n<li>2 years on silicone seals<\/li>\n<li>2 years on screws, hardware and all parts inherent to the enclosure, excluding items (a,b,c,d)<\/li>\n<li>2 years on blinds, electrical equipment (e.g. lighting, motorizations, remote controls)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aesthetic defects due to time and natural wear do not affect the use of the shelter. The warranty for the various components of your VERANDAIR\u00ae shelter or pergola will not apply in the event of a manifest lack of maintenance or if unsuitable products are used.
